As a Virtual Administrative Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting internal operations and member management processes. From managing purchase orders to handling member inquiries and invoicing, you'll utilize tools like Dext, Airtable, and Nexudus to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage purchase orders promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate member data in Nexudus and handle member inquiries.
- Process billing changes and generate invoices accurately and on time.
- Extract and organize data from Airtable for reporting purposes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in English and basic data analysis.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or office support experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
