The Solo GI brand is currently undergoing a relaunch with an improved formulation and new product lines marketed toward health-conscious individuals.The RoleSolo GI is looking for a visionary and dedicated Chief Executive Officer who can drive the innovative brand forward. The ideal candidate will build up a high-performing team, refine manufacturing processes, ensure efficient supply chain operations, and establish the brand in a competitive market. As the senior leader at Solo GI, the CEO will form strong partnerships in the industry and inspire a talented team to navigate the dynamic consumer products market and shape the future of the emerging brand.ResponsibilitiesLeading the effective implementation of Solo GI’s strategic plan and visionEnsuring the company’s financial sustainability and growth, including financial planning, budgeting, and managing cash flowBuilding and maintaining relationships with business partners and key stakeholdersOverseeing day-to-day operations and maintaining standards for quality and efficiencyOptimizing the supply chain to ensure smooth coordination of manufacturing, shipping, and distribution processesGuiding research and development to innovate new products and refine existing offerings in with market trends and consumer preferencesDeveloping and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and identify new market opportunitiesCreating marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition and increase customer engagementEnsuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirementsRepresenting the company to the public and mediaDeveloping and motivating a team of high-performing employeesFostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and successRequired Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree required, MBA strongly preferredProven experience as an executive leader in a similar role within the consumer products industryExpertise in financial management and strategic planningStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and risksExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to forge relationships and employees and stakeholders
