We're looking for a strategic compensation & benefits expert to shape and evolve Total Rewards frameworks that attract, engage, and retain talent across the CRS. What you'll do: Serve as a trusted partner in providing strategic guidance to support informed decision-making across the CRS. Develop accessible policies, processes, and educational materials that deepen understanding of Total Rewards offerings for all team members. Lead the implementation of Total Rewards programs, applying strong project and change management practices to support delivery. Continuously assess and evolve Total Rewards strategies using data, feedback, and benchmarking to ensure offerings remain equitable, competitive and relevant. Who you are: You are looking for a career in human resources and : Have 3-5 years of experience designing or administering Total Rewards programs. Have a degree in business majoring in accounting or finance (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered). Designations or certifications such as CPHR, CCP, SHRM-CP, Or WorldatWork are considered an asset but not required.
