We're looking for a strategic compensation & benefits expert to shape and evolve Total Rewards frameworks that attract, engage, and retain talent across the CRS. If you're ready to lead with purpose and agility, this is your moment to shine. This position is a remote opportunity and can be based across Western Canada. What you'll do: Serve as a trusted partner in providing strategic guidance to support informed decision-making across the CRS. Develop accessible policies, processes, and educational materials that deepen understanding of Total Rewards offerings for all team members. Lead the implementation of Total Rewards programs, applying strong project and change management practices to support delivery. Continuously assess and evolve Total Rewards strategies using data, feedback, and benchmarking to ensure offerings remain equitable, competitive and relevant. Who you'll work with: You will work closely with FCL's Employee Experience & Labour Relations teams, and will report into the Manager, Total Rewards. This group is dedicated to fostering a culture of collaboration, where feedback and open communication drive success. By integrating diverse skills and perspectives, this team provides strong support for the CRS. Who you are: You are looking for a career in human resources and : Have 3-5 years of experience designing or administering Total Rewards programs. We are open to any combination of focus in compensation or benefits. Have a degree in business majoring in accounting or finance (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered). Designations or certifications such as CPHR, CCP, SHRM-CP, Or WorldatWork are considered an asset but not required.
