Initiate and renew contracts including framework agreements, service line agreements, etc., Measure and monitor vendor performance and compliance with agreements, contracts, conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews and provide feedback to team on gaps, and business opportunities
Build industry, vendor, category, business unit, etc. specific reports, analyze data, and report on gaps and opportunities to the team including vendor segmentation
Assist in growing GHD’s supplier diversity program
Perform all responsibilities within GHD Procurement Guidelines and ensure relevant processes and procedures are followed
2+ years of strategic procurement experience including data analysis, sourcing, vendor management, and contract management
~ High proficiency with data management and analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, Excel (intermediate to expert)
~ Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
~ Bilingual in English and French is considered an asset
~ Previous experience with Salesforce is considered an asset
~ Degree or certification in business administration, procurement, finance, or related field preferred
