Reporting to the Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary, your main objective will be to provide legal support to the company’s business divisions on commercial matters. You’ll work closely with the company’s commercial teams, negotiating, drafting, and reviewing various types of contractual agreements and business proposals. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you identify and mitigate potential legal and financial risks, particularly related to customer and supplier contracts.
