We have an immediate need for a full-time Human Resources Professional to join our team at our head office in Kitchener.Reporting to the Human Resources and Health & Safety Manager, you will be responsible to provide onsite HR support for approximately 200 employees with an emphasis on Employee Relations, Health and Safety, Investigations, WSIB and Disability Claims Management, Attendance Management and Recruitment.Requirements:Proven track record in Employee Relations, Health & Safety, Investigations, WSIB & Disability Claims. Management, Attendance Management as well as the full Recruitment cycle.Advises Leadership Team on policies/procedures, including performance management.
