* Maintain stocks of dry baked products including Taralle, grissini etc
* Maintain per level for raw ingredients
* Maintain the mother yeast program
* Perform quality testing on all production for the day
* Tear down and clean before end of the day QUALIFICATIONS: * Experienced with at least 2+ years in a professional bread baking position
* Experience baking sourdough
* Experience in a commercial/Professional kitchen
* Knowledge of sour dough/hand shaping culture Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 44 per week Benefits:
