About the Role We’re looking for a Senior QA Analyst who brings both precision and perspective - someone who sees around corners, digs into the edge cases, and sets a high bar for product quality and user experience. You'll work across Product, Engineering, and Design to ensure every enhancement meets a high bar for functionality, reliability, and user experience. This is majority manual, business-contextual Senior QA role. This role is significantly hands-on manual testing with opportunities to shape automation strategy and quality processes. You'll dig into edge cases, validate critical paths, and advocate for quality throughout the development cycle. If you’re a QA professional who tests like an end user, questions assumptions, and takes pride in finding what others miss - this is your place. What You’ll Do Test new features from the end-user perspective, validating functionality and usability against business goals.. Lead manual and exploratory testing to uncover regressions and edge cases before they reach customers Validate RESTful APIs and backend integrations to ensure quality beyond the UI. Use Playwright and related tools to design, execute, and validate automated tests - from setup through data validation and reporting. Understand application architecture to identify dependencies and potential risks. Drive QA best practices and support release testing efforts Leverage AI-driven testing tools to expand coverage and efficiency Communicate issues and risks clearly with actionable insights, not just bug counts Collaborate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as part of our agile process What You Bring 6+ years of software QA experience with enterprise SaaS solutions. A strong QA mindset - curious, detail-oriented, and driven to understand how and why things work. Technical understanding of how application stacks fit together (frontend to backend services) to identify dependencies and risks early Experience with Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks. Working knowledge of API testing (Postman or similar), REST, JSON, and web technologies Strong communication skills - written and verbal - and experience collaborating in Agile, cross-functional teams Curiosity about AI testing tools and how they can strengthen QA workflows Why You’ll Love Working Here A collaborative, supportive engineering culture that encourages learning and growth.
