*We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role assists the branch and sales department in gaining, maintaining, and servicing customers.
Inside sales responsibilities include order entry, tracking sales leads, coordinating quotes, providing customer service, database maintenance, and creating/generating reports.
*Coordinate the prompt handling of customer service requests including, but not limited to, order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims
* Assist and support Account Managers by providing technical and product support to customers
* Ongoing development and maintenance of customer database
* Track project progress; communicate the progress to the sales team(s) and customers
* 2+ years of experience in sales
* 2+ years of electrical product experience
* Strong user of MS Office programs (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
* Ability to learn about the company's extensive products and services and effectively present these to customers
