Customer Service Representative
Salary: $30 per hour
Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days in office / 2 days remote
Job Type: 1-year contract with strong potential to go permanent

Be the friendly, professional voice customers rely on—resolving inquiries, processing orders, and leaving a positive impression with every interaction. Assist new customers and support online ordering.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain high service standards.
Post-secondary education.
- Contact centre experience seen as an asset.
- Knowledge of SAP ECC or similar systems.
