Bairn Croft Residential Services (BCRS) is devoted to providing high quality residential services for individuals with developmental disabilities and special needs. Our programs are designed to cater to a diverse range of functioning levels, addressing emotional and behavioral challenges. Provide support to individuals with special needs
Coordinate with social services and healthcare providers
Essential Skills:  Reading, writing, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, decision-making, critical thinking, job planning, and organization.

Target Groups or Residents:  Our services support individuals of all ages, genders, and abilities, including those from culturally diverse backgrounds, and those with disabilities such as deafness/hard of hearing, blindness/visual impairment, intellectual, learning, and mental health disabilities.

Child and Youth Care Worker: (CCW/CYW) Diploma 
Social Service Worker: (SSW) Diploma

~ As a Behavioral Counselor, we provide both  full-time positions (minimum 30-40 hours/week) and  part-time positions (15-20 hours+/week) . Since residential care is an essential service operating every day of the year, employees are required to be available during daytime hours, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum 1 year of study in a related subject field (Developmental Service Worker, Community Service Worker, Psychology, Applied Behavioural Analysis, Criminology, etc.)
Languages:  English

~ Rate of pay includes permanent government wage enhancement, on top of existing hourly wages.
