Available Divisions Lawn Maintenance – mowing, pruning, turf care, detail work, client sites Landscape Construction – grading, soil, planting, pavers, and finishing work Rock & Hardscape Division – retaining walls, stairs, stonework, boulders Fencing Division – wood, chain link, and custom feature fencing projects Sweeper Division – commercial lots, roadways, and night operations Winter Operations – snow removal and ice management (optional seasonal work) What You'll Get Compensation above industry standard, tied directly to proven skill and leadership Modern, well-maintained fleet and tools – no fixing equipment on your own time Clear routes and realistic schedules – built with a buffer so quality isn't rushed Year-round stability – off-season snow and project work available Paid training & advancement – defined paths to Lead and Foreman roles Respectful, organized management – decisions made by people who've done the work Strong safety culture – we look after our people, gear, and worksites Who You Are Experienced in landscaping, construction, or related outdoor trades Take pride in doing quality work efficiently and safely Reliable, organized, and a good communicator — whether leading or supporting a crew Valid driver's license (Class 5 preferred) Open to year-round or seasonal full-time work About IslandEarth We're a locally owned, full-service landscape company maintaining and building some of Vancouver Island's most visible commercial and municipal projects.
