We’re looking for a Sales Operations Associate to join the team.
As part of the Go-To-Market Transformation & Sales Operations team, you will be working closely with your peers to support Field Sales in a variety of operational tasks to meet the overall objective of business.
Quoting and analyzing maintenance renewal data as well as University customer transactions.
Maintain collaborative relationships with Finance and other operational groups to ensure bookings are handled properly and according to policy.
Assist with license key and customer master requests as deemed necessary to meet needs of business.
Ongoing participation in projects and user acceptance testing
College degree preferred with minimum of 2+ years of related experience, or 4 years of equivalent experience in sales support/operations .
Has worked with a busy Sales Account team in a support role and appreciates the urgency of the work and quarterly sales schedules.
Fast-paced high-tech company background preferred.
Proficient in Excel and has the aptitude to quickly learn new systems and/or applications.
Has a solid understanding of quote to cash process.
