Hays Specialist Recruitment is partnering with a leading construction group specializing in large-scale infrastructure projects. This is an exciting short-term opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects by ensuring accurate, polished, and professional document preparation. Build Microsoft Word templates with styles according to client formatting requirements.
Transfer content into new templates and format documents for consistency and professionalism.
Organize, store, and update files on SharePoint.
Work closely with project teams to meet tight submission deadlines.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word (template creation, styles, formatting).
Strong attention to detail and proofreading ability.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Familiarity with SharePoint for document management.
Bonus: Experience with Adobe Professional for PDF compilation and a background in construction/engineering.

You’ll have the chance to contribute to high-profile infrastructure projects and work closely with a collaborative team in a dynamic environment. While the initial term is 4–6 weeks, there is potential for extension based on performance and project needs.
