Are you passionate about podcasts?

Does detail and organization excite you?

Are you eager to get your advertising career started, or take your new career to the next level?

What You Will Do:

Campaign Management: This role is crucial in coordinating the flawless end-to-end execution of campaigns with precision and promptness. You will make inventory reservations with publishers, manage creative production and/or delivery, manage campaign budgets, assist in billing reconciliation.

Project Management: As the project owner, you will create, maintain and execute the project work back schedule to ensure all tasks and deliverables are defined, assigned and completed on time. You will validate with all parties that standard timelines meet their needs and adjust accordingly to QA and launch on time.

Collaborate: You will work closely with clients, publishers and cross-functional team members to execute best-in-class podcast ad campaigns via email, video and some in-person touchpoints.

Analyze and Report: This position will assist, execute and/or prepare detailed delivery and spend reports, brand-lift studies and attribution models. The diligence in accuracy is a critical component to this task.

Who You Are:

Exceptional Attention to Detail and Process: You work well under pressure while managing multiple projects, with varying timelines, due dates and deliverables.

Incredibly Curious: Your positive attitude and enthusiasm to always be curious about everything, including ways to improve campaigns, TPX, and yourself will fit perfectly with TPX.

Accountable:  Your commitment to perform the duties of your role at a superior level will be evident in your autonomous and independent workflow in a mostly remote setting.

Why Join TPX:

Exciting Industry: The Canadian podcast advertising industry is booming, with listenership and ad spend constantly on the rise. At TPX, you'll be at the forefront of this dynamic field, helping brands connect with engaged audiences and develop innovative advertising campaigns.

Diverse experience: TPX is the collaborative creation of industry leaders in Canadian broadcasting, digital media and advertising sales. Each of the company’s principals has a proven track record and established reputation as a leader in their respective areas of expertise.

Career Growth: Develop your skills and advance your career in a supportive, knowledge-rich environment.
