Our Saskatoon not only focuses on medium duty of all industries but also has a strong focus on servicing school buses. Our Journeyman Technicians are required to work on school buses, perform safety inspections and PDI's as required. As part of the Pro-Tec service team, you will collaborate to overcome challenges and provide innovations that provide valuable service benefits to the customer – and positively contribute to a safe and ethical environment. Duties & Responsibilities: Performing quality repairs and diagnostics on light/medium-duty vehicles Follow service processes and repair procedures. Safety inspections PDI's Ensuring service documentation is completed as per instruction. Become familiar with the company's safety manual and report any unsafe practices. Comply with warranty procedures & warranty materials during repairs. Position Requirements: Journeyperson Technician Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. High level of integrity, confidentially, and accountability. Proven mechanical abilities, strong working knowledge of mechanical application. Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 License (will need to supply a recent abstract) Possession of own tools appropriate for the work Organized and a self-motivated individual who can work both independently and, in a team, setting. Familiar with warranty requirements and processes Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
