Dans un contexte de croissance organique continue et par acquisitions, le titulaire du poste, basé au siège social de Laval, Québec, relèvera du gestionnaire de l’information financière. Il participera à toutes les activités reliées à l’information financière et la consolidation dans un contexte international.
Préparer les états, notes et analyses faisant partie du processus de production des états financiers consolidés et les rapports de gestion trimestriels et annuels;
· Préparer les analyses pour la haute direction supportant la prise de décisions;
· Valider l'intégrité des données dans le système de consolidation;
· Participer à l'amélioration des processus pour la production des analyses et états financiers;
· Participer aux projets spéciaux de l'équipe corporative tels les regroupements d’entreprise et les restructurations fiscales.
Diplôme : Détenir un baccalauréat en administration des affaires, ou l’équivalent; Expérience : Un minimum de 4 années d'expérience pertinentes dans un milieu multi-sites, idéalement international; connaissance du logiciel OneStream ou Oracle Hyperion et/ou Workiva (un atout);
· Compétences : Grand souci du détail, solides compétences analytiques, excellente maîtrise d’Excel et aisance avec les systèmes, style de communication efficace, capacité à travailler sous pression avec échéancier serré et à gérer plusieurs dossiers, sens de l’organisation, rigueur, autonomie, proactivité et esprit d’équipe;
· Langues : Maîtriser l’anglais et le français écrit & parlé;
· C’est un bon communicateur, en français et en anglais, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral. In a context of continuous organic growth and acquisitions, the senior financial analyst, based at the head office in Laval, Quebec, will report to the manager of financial reporting. He will participate in all activities related to financial reporting and consolidation in an international context.
Prepare the financial statements, notes and analysis that are part of the process of producing the consolidated financial statements and the quarterly and annual management reports;
· Prepare analysis for senior management supporting decision-making;
· Validate data integrity in the consolidation system;
· Participate in the development and maintenance of the group's accounting policies;
· Participate in special projects of the corporate team such as business combinations and fiscal reorganisations.
Degree : Bachelor's degree in business administration, or the equivalent; Hold a CPA certification (auditor an asset) or equivalent experience;
· Experience : A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a multi-site environment, ideally international; knowledge of OneStream or Oracle Hyperion and/or Workiva software (an asset);
· Skills : Great attention to detail, strong analytical skills, excellent command of Excel and ease with systems, effective communication style, ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and to manage multiple files, sense of organization, rigor, autonomy, proactivity and team spirit;
· Language: Fluency in written & spoken English and French;
· We are therefore looking for a candidate who will demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, and whose ideas will help improve processes.
The wanted candidate holds a CPA title and would ideally have worked in a public company or in a large private, manufacturing or distribution company. They are a good communicator, in French and English, both written and spoken.
