Dispatcher (Nightshift)

Dispatcher: Work Hours are 5PM-5AM 4 days on 4 days off Responsibilities: Work with customer's to improve their delivery experience Front line communication with Drivers Key contributor managing quality control of the entire delivery process Inventory management specialist Delivery metrics quality audit First line support for incident/ emergency response procedures The successful candidate must possess the following skills/ attributes: A desire to grow within our organization Effective communication skills Strong organizational skills Strong analytical skills Ability to excel in a team atmosphere Results orientated Customer service experience Proficient with computer programs Please respond with your resume and cover letter.
