Provide overall technical expertise and administrative support for multiple construction projects or area of a larger projectLeverage necessary team members to prepare design documentation review and seek resolution from design team with respect to level of design completeness, accuracy, quality as applicable to various design stages and constructionEnsure all owner, client and project policies, procedures and standards are followedDevelop and maintain strong customer-focused relationships with all project stakeholders and decision makers, including clients, consultants and subcontractorsSkills and experience in:Time-management, detail oriented, organizational skills, optimization; project management, decision maker, self-starter, negotiation, fast paced environment, risk-management, construction, general contractor.
