🚀 Hiring: Senior Business Systems Analyst || Job ID: AMADC5692817 We are supporting a major actuarial data transformation program and looking for a high-performing Senior BSA who can operate in a complex actuarial + data warehouse environment. This is a contract role , with strong possibility of extension and even full-time conversion for top performers. Consultants who prefer staying contract-only will also be considered. 🎯 Role Responsibilities Your focus will include: Gathering, clarifying, and translating vague or incomplete requirements SQL-based data profiling, validation, and source-to-target mapping Understanding actuarial calculations, formulas, and business rules Supporting quarterly actuarial modeling cycles Creating strong documentation: BRDs Source-to-Target mappings Calculation specs Data lineage Supporting migration to the EDL and future Power BI reporting inputs ✅ Top Must-Have Skills Actuarial / Insurance domain experience (life insurance, reserves, BEL, RA, coverages) Advanced SQL skills – complex queries, profiling, understanding schemas Data Warehousing background – facts/dimensions, star schema, ETL flows Excellent communication – ability to work directly with actuaries & business users Robust documentation skills – BRDs, STT, mapping, calculations (8–10 yrs exp needed) Future need for Databricks + Power BI knowledge (current dashboards built by vendor)
