This is a full-time, permanent position and the successful candidate will be hired directly by our client.
Accurately complete day-to-day bookkeeping tasks
Complete accounts receivable and payable duties
Process bookkeeping records in an online based environment
Reconcile and balance the daily cash and various accounts
Accurately process payroll and remittances
General office duties as needed
At least five years of bookkeeping experience and Quick Books experience is required
Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Office Suite
General knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
Hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Full-time, permanent position
