Project Carpenter Term: Permanent-Full Time - YEAR ROUND WORK Location: 3356 County Rd. #27 Lyn, ON K0E 1M0 Reports to: Construction Supervisor, Poultry Shift/Time: Weekdays. Day. Hourly Rate: $27/hr Additional pay: Eligible for 40 hours of paid sick days Job Responsibilities Report daily to the Project Supervisor Engage in new builds and renovations, both residential and commercial Organize and prioritize work Read and interpret building plans, drawings, and specifications. Complete work in a professional and timely fashion Supervise a helper to aid in completion of tasks Organize equipment and building materials Operate equipment including skid steer, telehandler and payloader Work Environment Physical activity in a project environment (both inside and outside) such as pushing and pulling, crouching, bending, reaching, as well as some climbing and working at heights Work on sites can be noisy, odorous, hot, humid, cold and/or dusty Occasional lifting of equipment up to 50 kg.
