About The Role

Gunnebo Canada is hiring an On-Site Invoicing Administrator to join our Invoicing Team at our Woodbridge location.

Job Responsibilities

  • Accurately process and distribute high volumes of customer-specific invoices including:
  • Converting “Job Done” status to “Ready to Invoice/RTI”,
  • Sending to customers
  • and participating in collection process.
  • Proactively drive invoice volume and value
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to optimize invoicing processes
  • Prepare and complete customer-specific Invoicing templates
  • Drive timely invoice closing and follow up on required documentation
  • Identify and resolve invoicing issues to ensure timely customer payments
  • Assist with month-end closing, credit card payments, cash forecast report
  • Provide backup support for various tasks in the AR & Collection Team
  • Ability to perform against set and measured KPI’s
  • May be asked to adjust work hours based on the time zones to ensure month end invoicing is complete across Canada.
  • Other duties as required

Job Requirements

· Experience with project billing is a definite asset

· Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

· Works well independently, takes direction well

· Punctual and reliable

· Must be detailed oriented, analytical and accurate

· Must possess good organizational, interpersonal and strong communication skills, as well as a demonstrated ability in problem-solving and responsiveness to the Sales and Operation needs.

· Flexible with working hours when needed
