As the Alliance Lead for GCP Partnership in North America, your primary responsibility is to develop, manage, and nurture our strategic partnership with GCP, a leading data cloud platform provider. Your role is critical in driving mutual growth and success for both your organization and GCP. You will work closely with various teams internally and collaborate with GCP’s team to achieve common objectives.

Job Title: GCP Global Alliance Partner

Experience : 15 to 20 Years

Education : Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science.

Location: North America Region

Role Expertise

  • Strengthen & Grow the regional relationship in North America with GCP driving incremental revenue growth through alliance influence
  • Develop the joint GTM strategy and execute on Joint business plans in conjunction with key LTIM stakeholders and GCP
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at GCP, including executives, sales, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Collaborate with the sales teams to identify and target new customers and markets.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for LTIM’s organization's sales team on GCP’s value proposition, sales plays
  • Ensure GCP's account teams are well versed with LTIM’s offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing teams to create joint marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote the partnership and drive brand awareness.
  • Identify opportunities for co-marketing and co-selling activities.
  • Track and publish the Partner dashboard (KPIs) to measure the health of the partnership
  • Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of our LTIM’s platforms, service offerings and IP’s with GCP’s platform.
  • Address partner escalations and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Ensure executive mapping with joint governance with GCP
  • Increasing LTIM’s visibility in GCP’s partner ecosystems- events, conferences, social media

Qualifications

  • Excellent written & oral communication & presentation skills
  • Self-Starter with quick learning ability and efficient relationship building skills
  • Good understanding of technology trends
  • High level understanding of complex solution selling in the IT Industry
  • Ability to develop long term relationships while working with varied stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under stringent deadlines.
  • Sound Understanding of multi-cultural environments.
  • Flexibility to operate in multiple time zones and ability to handle frequent travel.
  • Highly energetic with strong grit and passion
  • Self- Motivated, proactive and result oriented.

Skill & Experience:

  • Experience working with GCP or boutique GCP partners, Hyperscale’s or their SI partners.
  • Experience working with Senior Executives/decision makers to determine their business needs, playing the role of a Valued advisor.
  • Understanding of building/executing business strategy.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
