Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Business Development at HyperPop. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for leading new business development initiatives, creating business plans, generating leads, and negotiating contracts. They will also oversee account management and maintain relationships with clients. Some work can be done remotely, but the role is primarily located in Vancouver, BC.

Qualifications
  1. New Business Development, Business Planning, and Lead Generation skills
  2. Contract Negotiation and Account Management skills
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Experience in the marketing or creative industry
  6. Knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies
  7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  8. 6-8 years of experience required
