At Inter Pipeline, we are building a team of innovators and problem solvers with diverse backgrounds and skill sets. Located out of our Calgary office, The Senior Analyst for Enterprise Content Management is responsible for sustainment and continuous improvement of the ECM system including supporting the business and establishing system governance.
Managing and conducting business analysis for migrations related to the Content Server (myContent).
Overseeing and conducting business analysis for system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
Managing and conducting business analysis for engineering information lifecycle management.
Supporting and conducting administrative activities on the Content Server.
Providing support and conducting business analysis for enterprise document management.
Managing the myContent Support inbox and tickets, ensuring all queries and issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Creating, adding, and supporting permission groups and roles to ensure appropriate access and security measures are in place.
Providing training and education on the Content Server (myContent) to users across the organization.
Handling corporate communications related to myContent, including system changes, migrations, and enhancements.
Bachelor’s degree in a related Business or IT field
~Project experience involving taxonomy development and migrations from Shared Drives into a document management system
~5+ years creating & delivering project deliverables such as process flows, business requirement documents, and user acceptance test scripts.
~ Technical domain expertise around Asset Integrity, Engineering, and Technical documentation
~ Proficiency with the Open Text suite of products, specifically Content Server / Livelink
~ Proficiency with BABOK (Business Analysis Book of Knowledge) tools and technique
~ Strong team player, agile and adaptable
~ Monday-Friday
