We are searching for a dedicated and experienced professional to join the Sales Team in the Wide-format segment in Montréal.

We are looking for someone with a good understanding of the wide format print market and the value of our equipment. Your role is to identify opportunities, solve problems and satisfy needs to ensure customer satisfaction and market growth through repeat business and business development.

Actively hunt for new business opportunities by identifying needs of new and existing customers, following trends in the industry market, and discovering leads. This will include on-site demonstrations and cold calling throughout your territory.
• Manage existing customer account base through regular customer contact, monitoring, and development.
• Provide excellent customer service to key accounts, troubleshoot customer problems and offer post-sales support services.
• Meet all sales target performance indicators (KPIs).
• Perform sales presentations and demonstrations.
• Participate in tradeshows, training events or other related events as requested and required.
• Provide reports to Vice President on your activity and new pipelines.
• Requires weekly to speak to customers in English and explain technical products including Wide Format Printer features and specifications.

Bilingual FRENCH / ENGLISH.
• Understandable English; Level of interaction in English is 40% of the time.
• Solid technical experience in the wide format print industry is an asset.
• An energetic, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for selling in a competitive market.
• Experience in an outside sales role in relevant industries.
• Self-motivation, flexibility, drive, and superb communication and computer skills are essential.
• Willingness to spend 40-60% of time on the road (locally, but occasionally overnight) servicing and visiting customers across your territory.
• Driving license in good standing.
• Creative problem-solving skills and business savvy.

Familiarity with Salesforce would be a bonus.

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un professionnel dévoué et expérimenté pour rejoindre l'équipe de vente de Cansel dans le segment du grand format à Montréal.

Nous recherchons une personne ayant une bonne compréhension du marché de l'impression grand format et de la valeur de notre équipement. Votre rôle est d'identifier les opportunités, de résoudre les problèmes et de satisfaire les besoins afin d'assurer la satisfaction des clients et la croissance du marché par la fidélisation et le développement des affaires. Nous avons besoin d'un gestionnaire de compte bilingue car la personne servira à la fois les provinces du Québec et de l'Ontario.


Rechercher activement de nouvelles opportunités commerciales en identifiant les besoins des clients nouveaux et existants, en suivant les tendances du marché de l'industrie et en découvrant des pistes. Fournir un excellent service à la clientèle aux grands comptes, résoudre les problèmes des clients et offrir des services d'assistance après-vente
• Atteindre tous les indicateurs de performance des objectifs de vente (KPI)
• Effectuer des présentations et des démonstrations de vente
• Participer à des salons professionnels, des formations ou d'autres événements connexes selon les demandes et les besoins
• Fournir des rapports au vice-président sur votre activité et les nouveaux pipelines
• Il est nécessaire de parler aux clients en anglais chaque semaine et d'expliquer les produits techniques, y compris les caractéristiques et les spécifications de l'imprimante grand format


Bilingue FR/EN
• Anglais compréhensible ; le niveau d'interaction en anglais est de 40% du temps.
• Une solide expérience technique dans l'industrie de l'impression grand format est un atout
• Une personne énergique, autonome, avec un esprit d'entreprise et une passion pour la vente sur un marché concurrentiel
• Expérience dans un rôle de vente externe dans les secteurs concernés
• Expérience de la recommandation, de la présentation et de la vente d'un certain nombre de produits en fonction des besoins des clients
• La volonté de passer 40 à 60 % de son temps sur la route (localement, mais parfois pendant la nuit) pour servir et rendre visite aux clients sur votre territoire
• Compétences créatives en matière de résolution de problèmes et sens des affaires
