Project Manager — ICI (Hospitals) | Ground-Up
Lead ground-up and major addition projects for acute-care and healthcare facilities from pre-con through close-out. You’ll own schedule, budget, risk, and quality while coordinating site teams, trades, consultants, and hospital stakeholders in highly regulated environments.

Drive full project lifecycle: procurement, RFIs/submittals, change orders, cost control, and reporting.
Build and manage schedules (MS Project/Primavera) and look-aheads with the Superintendent.
Enforce safety, infection control, and quality standards; manage phasing and shutdowns in active facilities.
ground-up projects $20M+.
~ Diploma/degree in Construction/Civil/Arch or equivalent; PMP/Gold Seal an asset.
~ Strong grasp of CCDC contracts, change management, and cost/schedule controls.
~ Experience with ICRA/infection control and healthcare codes/standards (e.g., CSA/Facilities guidelines).
~ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
