We’ll provide you with everything you need to make sure you’re successful here.Apply today to join a team that offers career growth, amazing benefits and the chance to work with leading industry professionals.Minimum Qualifications1 year of recent mortgage loan processing, or related experienceFinancial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario Mortgage Agent (FSRA) licensePreferred Qualifications1 year of sales experience and/or client service experienceFrench SpeakingJob SummaryAs an Associate Loan Processor, you'll play an integral role in the mortgage loan approval process, coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders to move the client file through to approval.ResponsibilitiesOversee and review all mortgage approval process documentationFor team awareness, maintain and update client mortgage files, outlining outstanding conditions in a document databaseCoordinate with internal stakeholders including underwriting, to facilitate the mortgage approval processPrepare approval packages for clients upon receiving mortgage commitmentsEnsure file compliance with consent, mortgage commitment, disclosure, and amortization requirements.Adhere to data handling guidelines and maintain confidentiality of sensitive informationFacilitate the final loan approval process with clientsConsistently meet minimum production goal numbers and quality metricsManage individual pipeline and meet service level agreements (SLAs)Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesEffectively communicate with clients using written and verbal communication methods using a positive, empathetic and professional attitudeAid in the adoption of process changes and improvementsStay up to date on current regulatory and lender guidelinesConsult with current clients with support about current and future needs to help them achieve their financial goalsHandle client objections with support mid-process to ensure they remain on-track to close their mortgageStructure client applications to enable clients' qualification with support for product eligibility requirementsBenefits and PerksOur team members fuel our strategy, innovation and growth, so we ensure the health and well-being of not just you, but your family, too We go above and beyond to give you the support you need on an individual level and offer all sorts of ways to help you live your best life.
