The Floating Community Relations Director supports the sales function at the residence, as needed. You will provide leadership and support to residences in Ontario as the Interim Community Relations Director when there is a vacancy or in targeted onsite projects to assist the residence in driving occupancy. The Floating Community Relations Director will contribute to both residence and regional outcomes to support strong sales departments within the Ontario. producing and maintaining both external and internal referral relationships with local and professional networks, and current residents, respectively, to develop prospective residents.
organizing and executing successful on and off-site special events and activities, including cold calling, presentations, and attending local functions in the surrounding community
making outbound calls inviting prospective residents, their families and friends to tour the community and experience resident life in person.
monitoring and collecting information on competitor retirement living communities and completes competitive reports to ensure current knowledge of the competition, including their products and price offerings in order to sell effectively against them.
Performing all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the overall objectives of the position.
