This Financial Services Platform has offices across Europe and the Americas and works closely with banks, wealth management and asset management firms to create liquidity strategies for ultra high net worth clients.
Handle private fund documentation, regulatory filings, and legal implications related to product offerings.
Coordinate external legal counsel on diverse issues, including regulatory matters and fund investments.
Conduct ad hoc research projects.
Minimum 4 years of legal experience in investment management (including Private Equity and Hedge Funds).
Proficiency in Canadian securities laws, registrant and investment fund regulations, and relevant industry frameworks.
Background from a top law firm.
Bonus points for in-house experience at an asset management firm.
