The Regional Director is responsible for leading multiple territories and driving sales, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction within their assigned region. This role plays a critical part in executing the company’s sales strategies, developing highperforming teams, and ensuring alignment between field operations and corporate objectives. The Regional Director serves as both a strategic and hands-on leader, balancing business performance, people development, and customer engagement.

Analyze business performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Support key customer negotiations and business development initiatives within the territory.
Set clear expectations, monitor performance, and provide ongoing feedback and recognition.
Identify training needs and ensure development plans are in place to build bench strength and succession readiness.
Foster a positive, performance-driven culture that reflects company values and a customer-first mindset.
Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and local industry partners.
Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and effectively, reinforcing a service excellence standard.
Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure effective inventory management, cost control, and order fulfillment.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives to simplify processes and enhance productivity.
Collaborate with marketing, HR, and other corporate teams to ensure local execution of national programs.
Support company-wide transformation initiatives, ensuring effective adoption at the regional level.
Provide feedback and insights to inform corporate strategy, product development, and pricing decisions.
Identify potential new markets or customer segments within the assigned region

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of progressive leadership experience in sales, operations, or regional management, preferably in the automotive, retail, or distribution sectors.
Proven success managing multi-unit or multi-region teams.
Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret data and drive results.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned region.
