As one of our Training Facilitators, you will support the delivery of the various EDI training programs we have at Inclusivity. You will bring a deep understanding of EDI topics and concepts and engage your participant in a meaningful educational experience. You will also help us fine tune and improve our training offerings to keep them up to date, engaging and impactful. This role is suited for those with experience in training delivery and facilitation. As a Training Facilitator you:Deliver training programs to our clients and their teams. Facilitate conversations related to EDI work. Conduct focus group discussions.Support creating a safe and respectful environment for people to engage.Partner with our team and clients to collect feedback and improve our training offerings.Utilize internal systems and documentation to develop and deliver training programs. To qualify for this role you have:Lived experience – through firsthand experiences, advocacy, promoting for positive change and removing barriers for marginalized groupsA passion for social equity and addressing systemic barriers for marginalized groupsDemonstrated experience facilitating workshops, training sessions and discussionsCuriosity, you seek to understand and ask questions to learn more about people’s experiences and understand how systems and processes impact themExcellent communication with the ability to engage diverse audiencesStrong ethics and integrity, with the ability to maintain high standards of professional conduct and confidentialityTechnical proficiency in Google Workspace (formerly GSuite) and ability to adapt to internal systemsReporting:In this role, you will be assigned work by the Director of Operations at Inclusivity.About this role: This is a part time independent contractor position. Hourly rate will range between $150 and $300 based on the facilitator’s experience. Services will be billed monthly. Hours will fluctuate based on projects and client needs. Work hours are flexible to accommodate client schedules and business requirements.
