New Value Solutions, an IT consulting firm, is seeking is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new Student Information System (Thesis Elements) across multiple institutions. This is a strategic role requiring strong leadership, technical understanding, and stakeholder management. Responsibilities: Represent the client in key meetings (Project Manager, Steering Committee, SaaS, Vendor Workshops, etc.). Ensure accountability to the Statement of Work (SoW). Maintain project schedule and change logs. Coordinate centralized and local project teams. Report on project status, expenditures, risks, and opportunities. Liaise with vendors (Thesis Elements and 3D Solutions). Oversee approval documentation and milestone sign-offs. Provide technical guidance and support to colleges. Assist with business process mapping and data migration. Define technical requirements, enhancements, and collective business rules. Facilitate naming conventions, reporting standards, and training documentation. Requirements: Proven experience in project management for large-scale IT implementations. Familiarity with post-secondary education systems and business processes. Strong knowledge of SaaS solutions and data migration strategies. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
