Collaborate with Engagement Managers to ensure delivery quality Serve as SME for Sales—support demos, LOEs, and solution strategy Maintain accurate forecasting and project documentation Build strong client relationships through trust and expertise What You Bring Required: Independent leadership of Higher Ed Workday implementations 5+ years Workday HCM configuration & design experience 4+ years as a Lead Consultant with a Workday Partner Active Workday Partner Certifications: HCM Core + 1 (Learning, Talent, Benefits, Recruiting, Advanced Comp, or PEX) Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Security & Custom Reporting Excellent communication and client advisory skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment Team-oriented, self-driven, and thrives in a growing, entrepreneurial practice
