In this role, you’ll be at the helm of a thrilling Escape Room business, driving its success through strategic planning, keen attention to detail, and stellar team management. Team Management: Schedule, manage, and support venue staff, stepping in to perform various venue functions as needed.
- Inventory Oversight: Maintain and manage supplies and equipment to ensure seamless operations.
- Metrics Tracking: Monitor sales, customer counts, comps, giveaways, gift certificates, waste, overtime, product costs, and maintenance.
- Tackle employment challenges head-on, including hiring and firing.
- Training Management:Ensure all staff receive required training and track their progression.
- Venue Maintenance: Keep the venue and games in peak condition, ensuring 100% reliability.
Proven leadership or management experience, preferably in entertainment or hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building positive relationships with staff, stakeholders, and franchise owners.
