Our client, a rapidly expanding retailer poised for global success, is in search of an experienced Human Resources Manager (Head of HR) to play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing their HR department. Situated in an entrepreneurial environment, this position requires a self-sufficient and independent professional to foster a culture of growth and development.

Formulate and uphold HR policies and procedures, ensuring the Employee Handbook is current.
Address employee queries on HR policies, benefits, and compensation matters.
Supervise HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
Resolve HR concerns and provide support in handling employee relations issues.
Develop and oversee the HR department budget.
Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, collaborating with hiring managers and recruitment partners.
Manage new employee orientations, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
Facilitate internal and external training and development programs.
Partner with managers to set clear, business-aligned goals and provide ongoing performance feedback.
Lead the annual performance review process, ensuring fairness and timeliness.
Support departmental succession planning efforts.


Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field.
~ 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including roles in Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Organizational Design, Budgeting, Talent Acquisition, and Development.
~ Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Bamboo HR and/or Gusto.
~ Background in brands or the retail/apparel industry is a plus.
~ Familiarity with Excel.
