Vision Talent's client is seeking a FrontEnd Developer (Angular) for an initial 12 month contract term. NOTE that this is on-site work and candidates must be open to working on site in downtown Toronto for 5 days a week. Responsibilities: • Designing, developing and implementing front end code (Angular) including user interface interactions and creating attractive and effective user interfaces • Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests. • Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion and migrations. Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in FrontEnd development • 2+ years of experience with Java, Oracle Database, DB SQL including DB Objects such as Tables, Views, Sequences, Store Procedure, Functions, Triggers, Angular JS v15+, Javascript, Typescript, HTML 5.0, Spring Framework (MVC, Security, JPA, Boot) • Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards • Experience in application design, latest design patters, deployment and troubleshooting • Experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies • Experience in the use of information retrieval packages using query languages • Experience with one or more communications protocols • Experience in structured methodologies for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of applications • Experience eliciting and documenting information from diverse business area stakeholders and subject matter experts Apply today to learn more
