The ideal candidate will have an established network in the industry and be able to start contributing immediately. This role combines technical expertise with sales acumen to provide solutions to our clients, working in a hybrid environment with travel requirements between the US and Canada.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with government organizations, heavy construction companies, and service providers in the US and Canada.Leverage existing industry networks to identify and close sales opportunities.Provide technical expertise and support to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and functionalities of our products.Work closely with the engineering team to address client needs and customize solutions.Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective account management and new business development.Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.Negotiate contracts and manage the sales pipeline effectively.Provide regular reports on sales activities and forecasts to the Managing Director.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required; a Master's degree or Engineer in Training (EIT) certification is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the geotechnical, mining, or construction industries.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.Established network within the industry and ability to start contributing immediately.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.Ability to travel within the US and Canada, holding the necessary travel documents.Compensation:Competitive base salary plus commission.Higher commission percentage based on the revenue generated.Flexible compensation models including contract-based, permanent-based, or hybrid arrangements.Application Process:Interested candidates should submit their resume and cover letter outlining their relevant experience and network within the industry.
