The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating engaging and effective learning experiences that empower our employees/students/members to reach their full potential.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to analyze learning needs and design solutions that meet those needs.Develop innovative and interactive learning experiences using a variety of modalities, including e-learning modules, videos, simulations, games, and other digital content.Create learner-centered designs that incorporate best practices in adult learning theory, instructional design, and user experience design.Design and prototype learning materials and experiences using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, or similar software.Conduct thorough quality assurance testing to ensure that learning experiences are error-free and meet quality standards.Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies in learning and instructional design, and incorporate them into our learning experiences when appropriate.Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of learning experiences and make recommendations for continuous improvement.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and communicate project status updates to stakeholders as needed.Qualifications:6+ years experience designing and developing interactive learning experiences, preferably in a public sector settingProficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360 and similar software.Strong visual design skills and the ability to create visually appealing and intuitive learning materials.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
