What you bring: A post-secondary degree in Real Estate Property Management or a closely related field.Over 4 years of demonstrated experience managing large commercial or retail properties.Skilled in contract administration with a keen eye for detail.A highly collaborative management style that thrives in team environments.A strong passion for developing and maintaining efficient structures and processes.Exceptional at building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships.Well-versed in local, provincial, and federal property management laws and regulations.Extensive experience in managing budgets and financial reporting.Proficient in office software, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.Familiarity with YARDI 7s is a notable advantage.Proven ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Possess excellent judgment, discretion, and diplomacy in all professional interactions.
