Opportunities are based out of Dartmouth or Sydney, Nova Scotia, with province-wide travel required to meet client needs.

This position combines hands-on electrical work with a commitment to energy efficiency, sustainability, and customer service across residential and commercial projects. Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components used in residential energy infrastructure.
Perform routine inspections and testing of electrical equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in residential, commercial, and industrial energy systems.
Interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and specifications related to energy projects.
Ensure all work complies with provincial and national electrical codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other trades to support energy system installations and upgrades.
Oversee and mentor apprentices, ensuring safe work practices, adherence to electrical codes, and the development of technical skills in a supportive learning environment
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, inspections, and compliance reports.
Travel to various job sites, including remote locations, to support energy projects and emergency repairs.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding electrical solutions and energy-saving opportunities.

Certified Red Seal Electrician (required)
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Licensed Electrician, including at least Experience in residential electrical is a necessity
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English, both verbally and in writing
Valid Provincial Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record
Willingness and ability to travel, including to remote sites

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00AM-4:30PM (35-45 hours/week), occasional overtime is required.
