Purpose of Role The Regional Student Futures Manager plays a key leadership role in advancing the Student Futures across multiple schools within the region. This position drives strategic implementation, collaboration, and impact measurement of strategies that prepare students for life and future pathways, including the International Learning Opportunities for Students (ILOS), Future Pathways, and the integration of the ISP Life Competencies (collectively referred known as Student Futures).

Working closely with the Regional Learning Director (RLD), Divisional Chief Learning Officer (DCLO), and Central ISP Learning and Innovation Pillar Leads and Central Student Futures Lead — the Regional Student Futures Manager ensures coherence, alignment, and high-quality execution of Student Futures strategy across all schools in the region.

Serve as the main regional point of contact for Student Futures including International Learning Opportunities for Students (ILOS), Future Pathways, Life Competencies, and Multilingualism.
Collaborate with the Regional Team, Central ISP Learning & Innovation Team, and school leadership to develop, coordinate, promote, and support implementation of Student Futures strategy.
Deliver training and guidance for school admissions, marketing, and leadership teams on Student Futures strategy and offerings.

Strategic Leadership & Regional Implementation
Lead the regional implementation and refinement of the ISP Life Competencies Framework, ensuring it is embedded within school practices and aligned with ISP’s Big 5 / 15.
Collaborate with the RLD, DCLO, and Central Pillar Leads to integrate Life Competencies within Learning Improvement Planning (LIP) and evidence-based learning visits.
Ensures all schools in the region meet or exceed established benchmarks, including the successful delivery of central ILOS programmes each academic year and the implementation of at least one Regional programme and event.
Provide guidance and tools to school leadership teams to measure impact, review progress, and report evidence of learning through consistent data and documentation.

Collaborate with schools, EdTech teams, and IT leads to implement systems for monitoring, assessing, and reporting progress in Life Competencies and Student Futures experiences.
Use data (including from iSAMS or other regional systems) to track participation, outcomes, and programme impact, informing continuous improvement.
Gather, analyse, and share evidence of Amazing Learning and student development across schools, celebrating success and promoting the value of Student Futures strategic initiatives.

Serve as the regional communicator for Student Futures initiatives, ensuring staff, students, and families understand the purpose, impact, and opportunities available.
Promote initiatives across schools through assemblies, events, newsletters, and ambassador programmes (students, parents, and staff).
Collaborate with regional and school-based Marketing & Communications teams to produce materials, translations, and promotional resources aligned with ISP brand standards.
Actively participate in global and regional Communities of Practice, sharing effective strategies, resources, and lessons learned.
Support schools in engaging families and communities in the development of Life Competencies and Student Futures experiences.

Operations, Monitoring & Evaluation
Oversee and coordinate operational processes for Student Futures programmes, including registration, travel, payments, awards, and recognition.
Work with the Health & Safety and Safeguarding teams to ensure all programmes are compliant with ISP and local regulations.
Support continuous improvement of Student Futures programming through data analysis, evaluation, and stakeholder feedback.

Based in-region, with willingness to travel regularly to schools.
Proven experience in educational leadership, programme management, or student development across multiple schools or campuses.
Highly organised, with experience managing projects, data, and communications simultaneously.
Skilled in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and online collaboration tools.
Passionate about education in an international context and committed to student growth and wellbeing.
Fluent in English and the regional/local language.
Strong understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and health and safety compliance.
