Conduct research and collect data of special projects.Work closely with the inside sales team, RSMs, CAD team and other managers. Progress reporting is critical for the position.Evaluate current & new costing of parts with RSMs.Ensure SSAB is meeting customer needs and gather future information which will help drive forecasting and innovative solutions involving SSAB products and services.Provide accurate and timely feedback on competitive programs and pricing and assist in developing SSAB pricing strategy as requested.Support the implementation and maintenance of processes and standards.Actively participate in continuous improvement activities. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that may arise during the development or production phase.
