Remote-First • Vancouver, BC 12–16 Hours/Week Compensation: CA $30 to $40/hour (depending on experience) For more than 20 years, Giant Leap has supported hundreds of business owners and senior leaders through assessments, workshops, peer mentoring, and consulting. We are now looking for a Client Experience Coordinator who will play a key role in creating smooth, memorable experiences for our members and peer group leaders. This is a remote-first part time role based in Metro Vancouver, with occasional in-person meetings and events. A valid passport is required for cross-border travel (twice a year). What You’ll Do As the Client Experience Coordinator, you’ll be the operational backbone that keeps our programs running smoothly. Your responsibilities include: Tech & Systems Coordination Maintain and organize our admin tech stack across Google Workspace, HubSpot CRM, and Central Desktop Keep shared calendars, documentation, and resource libraries up to date and easy to navigate Leader & Member Support Support peer group leaders with onboarding, scheduling, technical needs, and general inquiries Support member onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a warm, seamless experience Communications & Event Coordination Prepare and distribute speaker and presenter announcements Arrange venues, logistics, and refreshments for group meetings, events, and offsites Assist with general communications and coordination across teams and member groups What You Bring We’re looking for someone who loves organization, communication, and creating positive experiences. You are: An excellent communicator with a friendly, professional demeanor Highly detail-oriented—you catch the small things and take pride in precision Proficient with Google Workspace, and comfortable managing multiple software platforms (HubSpot experience is held in high regard) Organized, proactive, and reliable in keeping systems and information current Enthusiastic about supporting leaders and contributing to a collaborative team environment Required Background Post-secondary education 3–5 years in a customer-facing or client support role Compensation & Details Contract role: 12–16 hours/week Hourly rate: CA $30–$40/hour , based on experience Location: Metro Vancouver or Seattle Remote-first , with periodic in-person meetings and attendance at Giant Leap events If you’re energized by helping people have exceptional experiences and enjoy keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes, we’d love to hear from you.
