Executive Assistant / Business Continuous Improvement Analyst Reports to: Adventec is a vertically integrated Tier II supplier serving established and emerging industries, including automotive, EV battery, and alternative energy solutions. We deliver advanced, value-added support to our customers through product design, process development, tooling, and high-volume production.
As an Executive Assistant / Business CI Analyst , you’ll work closely with our President and senior leadership team, playing a key role in driving efficiency, innovation, and cultural engagement across the organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support ● Provide confidential executive-level support to the President and senior leadership.
● Manage the President’s calendar, travel, and communications.
● Prepare and edit high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence.
● Research and analyze data to prepare executive summaries, reports, and recommendations.
● Continuous Improvement ● Chair a cross-functional CI committee; Track and report progress on strategic initiatives using project management tools.
● Compile and analyze KPI data from across the business, providing insights and recommendations.
● Support project-based work across departments to drive efficiency and results.
Develop and publish a monthly employee newsletter and digital updates.
● Participate in social committee activities to strengthen morale and engagement.
Maintain databases for sales activity, KPIs, and business development tracking.
● Manage social media strategy and content, ensuring timely updates across platforms (LinkedIn, website, etc.).
● Support the development of marketing materials with internal and external partners.
Strong research, analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
● Engineering degree, BA Marketing, MBA, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
