We are currently hiring for a Maintenance Technician, a full-time role offering competitive wages, a comprehensive benefits package, and excellent potential for career growth.
The ideal candidate is responsible to diagnose problems and performs repairs and maintenance on company equipment and facility. The incumbent will perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks and develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs. May also perform welding duties, yard maintenance and building maintenance as needed.

This position requires relocation to the Englefeld/Humboldt or nearby area. We offer relocation support for the right candidate.

Diagnose problems and repairs shop equipment including machines, tools and forklifts. May require welding
Perform preventive maintenance on company vehicles, machines and tools
Perform facility maintenance/janitorial including air conditioning, yard maintenance, snow removal, repair water and sewer lines, and move/install/maintain office equipment
Perform minor electrical tasks
Review, monitor and maintain daily/monthly inspection sheets on company equipment and tools
Assist with plant layout changes. Schedule and communicate with outside contractors
May source suppliers and inventory for tools and parts
Knowledge and familiarity with machine shop equipment, shop tools, cranes, forklifts, auto vehicles, welding machine, hoists and air compressors
Good mechanical aptitude
Basic math and computer skills
Knowledge of electrical equipment and repairs, plumbing, basic HVAC, pneumatic required
Ability to operate a forklift, man lift and overhead cranes
High Post-secondary education in a technical field, or a combination of previous maintenance experience and education
Valid Class 5 Drivers License
