Summary of Job This is a senior analyst position responsible for preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements and notes disclosures. Participate in the monthly, quarterly and yearly close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, analysis and audit schedules. Review month end P&L and explain significant variances to budget. Key Areas of ResponsibilityFinancial Statements and ReportsCoordinate and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements and note disclosures in compliance with US GAAP. Prepare financial metrics/information for reporting to Board/Investors. Drives enhancements in financial reporting and analysis as well as system requirements. Month End ClosePrepare month end journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and payroll for business unit. Review month end P&L and explain significant variances to budget. Tax & AuditCoordinating the quarterly and year end close process with the external auditors. Supporting schedules and working paper preparation to meet audit requirements. Consult and liaise with other departments. On a quarterly basis, record the tax provision. Overall responsibility for compiling necessary information for the annual corporate tax return.
