Our Client is seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead multiple teams in building innovative, scalable solutions that enhance customer experience and reduce risk. This is an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with strategic leadership while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Drive talent development, succession planning, and team-building initiatives while promoting diversity and inclusion.
Champion software craftsmanship and ensure availability, scalability, and system resiliency.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to influence strategy and roadmaps.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
~4+ years of experience leading teams in an Agile environment.
~4+ years of direct people leadership experience, including performance management and talent development.
~10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
~ Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices (security, automated testing, CI/CD, high availability).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Familiarity with mobile architecture for iOS and Android.
Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field.
Proven ability to influence senior business and product stakeholders.
Background in building customer-facing and enterprise web applications.
