Role: ServiceNow Developer Lead Location: Montreal, Canada (Onsite/Hybrid as per client requirement) Duration: Long Term Please share me the resumes at aravind@burgeonits.com Job Overview: We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer Lead to work closely with business and technical stakeholders to design and build scalable ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should be able to gather requirements, architect solutions with best practices, and ensure minimal customization while maintaining platform sustainability. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow modules, applications, and integrations. Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and CSDM data modeling standards. Lead development efforts and support end-to-end lifecycle from requirements to production. Required Experience: 5+ years of overall software development experience. 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development. Strong knowledge of software architecture, data structures, and SDLC. Experience building UIs / custom widgets in ServiceNow. Experience implementing ServiceNow in complex/enterprise environments. Familiarity with CSDM, ITAM, Snowflake, scripting (Python). ITIL Certification preferred. Experience working in Agile environments and consulting setups is a plus.
